WINE OF THE MONTH
This is a rosé that doesn’t sit back and rest on its laurels. The vibrancy of the acidity leaps across your tongue with grace and vigour, before a burst of red berry flavours takes centre stage.
The bubbles appeared surprisingly restrained in the glass, but persistent enough with a soft and supple mousse. What impressed me most about this wine is the long, drawn out finish. Hints of citrus zest, red currant and raspberry linger.
