There's Jerk Chicken, and then there's this stunning dish from @Minklez. The chicken was tender & succulent, mildly spiced, but the scotch bonnet gel packed a huge punch: resulting in a resounding yes! from the tastebuds. #Masterchef

A new take on @AdamHandling's delicious Lobster with Wagyu fat dish. This version was richer, with sweet carrot puree, torched pak choi and lemon grass. What a plate of #seafood, loved the #Asian influences on this dish.
