Pinot Blanc

A Pinot Blanc with grapes sourced from 4 vineyards across Essex & Kent.

Nose doesn't give much away... feint aromas of apricot, lime and floral notes.

The taste is very smooth but with a lot of depth. Initial sweeter tastes of apricot and juicy melon, then a slightly bitter lemony acidity kicks in, leading to a dry finish that really lasts.

There's also more tropical flavours of pineapple and coconut that form if you take time to enjoy it.
