Nyetimber – Rosé 2009

Rosé 2009 Book Cover Rosé 2009
53% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay, 2% Pinot Meunier

Rich nose, full of yeasty notes with red berries of raspberry and strawberry dancing around.

Great rounded palate with rich citrus acidity and creamy fruity summer berry pudding.

Excellent length with fruity tangy finish. Very full for a rose with the smooth elegance you would expect from Nyetimber.

Winemakers Description:

Vibrant antique red rose colour, hint of copper tones, lovely tiny bubbles. Red mango, honey, hints of star anise/cardamom and alyssum. Red liquorice, red cherry & currant flavours. High intensity, with lovely round and full but soft texture. Finish is very long and full with red currant and hints of shortcrust pastry.
