WINE REVIEW
An aromatic blend of 45% Siegerebbe, 34% Ortega and 21% Pinot Gris
This was one of the standout white wines at the IEWA 2026 earlier this year. On the nose there are inviting aromas that are reminiscent of an English orchard: apple blossom, orchard fruit and hedgerow, but with an exotic twist of lychee.
The palate is incredibly balanced, bursting with lemon, lime and green apple up front. Again, it has a slightly tropical mix of lychee and peach (thanks to the aromatic Siegerebbe variety), but also complexity with salinity and white pepper that elevate this wine. Overall, this is a textbook example of how to make a modern English white blend.
