WINE REVIEW
It’s great to see this Sparkling Rosé settle into its position as a regular feature of Albury’s Organic sparkling wine line-up. This latest release is based on the 2022 vintage and is almost entirely red fruit-based, with 53% Pinot Noir Précoce, 42% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay.
Despite the red fruit prominence, this wine has a really delicate hue, echoing the wine’s typically understated profile. The nose is really attractive, with cranberry, raspberry and cherry blossom aromas as well as warmer peachy tones.
This wine is a masterclass in purity; the taut red berry flavours really burst onto the palate with youth and flair. For a wine so delicate in colour, it’s absolutely full of red berry flavours with a softer, peachy warmth.
