Sam caught the wine bug at university while studying economics after tasting his first glass of Riesling. A few years later started working in the trade at an urban winery in London and today can be found tasting, talking about and, occasionally, selling wine at Provisions London. He also runs a wee wine tastings business called Anything But Chardonnay (although he loves Chardonnay).
