WINE REVIEW
Wnglish Sauvignon Blanc! And it’s great!
3500ltr production, the Sauv Blanc (40%) was part of a three acre trial plot and 2013 first season of a commercial crop harvest of Sauvignon Blanc in UK.
This blend builds on the beautiful layers of the Bacchus, but the Sauvignon Blanc brings more vibrant grassy green notes. Still pronounced floral character with defined lemongrass and nettle notes. Herbaceous aftertaste.
Quite exciting, worth noting Denbies are expanding acreage for Sauvignon this year.
