WINE REVIEW
The Morgan’s Reserve is a white wine made form 100% Ortega, fermented and aged in a combination of French & American oak and was lees stirred for 2 months.
A beautiful golden tone that wine exudes in the glass is the first sign of its rich juicy character.
Hugely welcome aromas of ripe peach, mango and melon with distinctive hints of baked pineapple and honey.
On the palate this wine continues to impress. There is a slightly viscous oily texture thanks to the prolonged lees and oak contact. Rich ripe peach and pineapple flavours with zesty citrus cut through and a bitter almond aftertaste.
Superb complexity with huge potential for food pairing.
