Charles Carron Brown is the Head Sommelier of Henrock by Simon Rogan. He has spent over 11 years working within the Hospitality industry, working for the likes of L’Enclume, The Forest Side & The Ritz London. He is a keen wine enthusiast from Dorset who enjoys promoting wines from the UK. He is heavily into his Organic/Biodynamic & Natural Wine, and enjoys spending his time (when he doesn’t have a glass of wine in his hand) walking the fells, reading a book or discovering new restaurants. He is also partial to a good old pint.
