WINE REVIEW
Traditional method blend of Seyval Blanc, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with zero dosage. 2023 sparkling base.
This is confident in colour, with a nose of cranberry, red apple and raspberry with a light pastry complexity.
On the palate it’s initially brisk and refreshing, with lots of lemon energy and redcurrant tartness. But then there’s a lovely, juicy, rounded red fruit mix of cherry and strawberry, with just a hint of creaminess and toasty complexity. It’s incredibly drinkable and extraordinarily composed for a zero dosage Seyval Blanc-dominant blend.
