WINE REVIEW
100% Pinot Noir sparkling wine made as a one-off due to an exceptional vintage, this has had 4.5 years on the lees.
Nose is quite light and fresh; citrus with hints of red fruit with yeasty and mineral tones.
On the palate this wine has a great clarity with a very fresh bite with hints of red cherry & tart raspberries, but then it evolves into a weighty mid palate. The red berry notes backed up by bready yeasty flavours.
Slightly golden orange/pink in colour, this remains very dry and fresh, with a lovely lengthy tang on the finish.
