WINE REVIEW
Nose of fresh apples, lemon, sweet pastry and biscuit. Love the flavours on this.
It’s like a sharp but sticky baked apple pie. Orchard apple flavours, super juicy and crisp supported by rich acidity and zingy citrus.
Really mouthfilling intensity with aftertaste of biscuit, bread and slight vanilla.
A truly great example of English Sparkling wine, and perhaps the ultimate jewel in Chapel Down’s excellent line up of wines.
