WINE REVIEW
This is a rich indulgent drop of English Sparking Rosé. The blend is 46% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay, 9% Pinot Meunier.
Minimum of 24 months on the lees, 11g dosage.
Beautiful pale pink in colour, fine mouse, streams of tiny bubbles. Great crisp rich palate, really lively acidity with citrus blast of lemon & grapefruit.
Layers of fruit flavours in the mid taste – summer berry pudding with lovely subtle brioche notes.
Those fruit flavours really linger on the palate, but never overpower.
