WINE REVIEW
Oh yes this is a superb English Wine, one for those who are looking for something with lots of depth and texture.
Element 20 is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Bacchus.
First thing you will notice is the beautiful complex nose. There’s a great freshness with rich fruit; a combination of lemon, peach and apricot. Lovely toasty vanilla and mineral notes.
Medium acidity at first taste with tangy baked apples, seamlessly blending into a smooth mix of ripe stone fruits, creamy mouthfeel. With that creaminess comes toasted, buttery, vanilla complexity. And then a really long lasting sensation of citrus zest and vibrant minerality.
This is an outstanding example of English winemaking.
