WINE REVIEW
An energetic English Sparkling with a focus on fresh crisp character with just 5g/g dosage, classic blend of 46% Chardonnay, 36% Pinot Noir & 18% Pinot Meunier.
Light lemon zest & green apple aromas, unlike Greyfriars other sparklers this has no oak contact, emphasising clean mineral notes.
Lively bubbles keep this flowing nicely, it’s bone dry with crisp granny smith apple and lemon flavours. Minimal autolytic notes, but super clean citrus and mineral led finish which really lingers.
