WINE REVIEW
This Chardonnay led blend of the big 3 grapes is a triumph and really demonstrates excellent value for money as an English Sparkler at £25. It compared very well against NV Champagnes priced at a higher price.
On the nose, there are aromas of baked apple, citrus, mineral and some pastry notes.
On the palate, the Bloomsbury is initially vibrant and bracing, before moving balanced and smooth mid taste of apples, stone fruit and hints of nut.
This is currently drinking great young, and it will only get better with another year or two in the bottle.
